Four Lenses For Viewing Organizational Effectiveness
Organization models and even organizational "change" models often provide a clear and comprehensive view of where to look for organizational ineffectiveness, but they rarely provide specific advice about what ineffectiveness looks like and what should change to repair it. This article aims to provide some guidance in identifying opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness and the direction improvement efforts should take.
