The Pavilion Partners Pre-Concert Dinner and Fundraiser will begin at 5 p.m. July 21 at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion's House of Blues Hospitality Tent, located at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands.
