NAACP calls for UN intervention in 2012 election re Blacks, Hispanics
14 American states have passed laws requiring voters to show a picture ID at the ballot box. The laws are ostensibly designed to stop voter fraud but the NAACP demands UN intervention, calling the new laws a "massive effort" to "disenfranchise blacks and Hispanics."
