Neve Campbell Cast on 'Grey's Anatomy' as Patrick Dempsey's Sister

Exciting news for Grey's Anatomy and Scream fans alike: Neve Campbell has been cast as the sister of Patrick Dempsey's character Derek Shepherd.

This wouldn't be the first time that Neve and Patrick worked together, as Scream aficianados will remember, they co-starred together in Scream 2!

TVLine reports that the Party of Five actress will be on the show for multiple episdoes as one of Derek's four sisters.

We have already met two of Derek's sisters before in Seattle, Amelia (Catelina Scorsone, who is now on Private Practice) and Nancy (Embeth Davitz).
