Jewelry Retailer Unveils Extreme One-of-One Carbon Fiber Premium Poker Set

The set, which includes a pure carbon fiber case, was designed in collaboration with multiple artists and is the only one of its kind. Kevin Begola, an e-commerce jewelry retailer, unveiled a high-end poker set today that ranks as one of the most intense luxury game sets in the world. Dubbed the Phantom Poker Society Project, the set boasts a pure carbon fiber display case and dealer markers, custom designed clay-and-brass chips, an engraved walnut inset, and titanium dice with black diamond pips. [...] the Phantom Poker Society was born. Begola added that the poker set is a singular creation and that he will not commission duplicates, nor will he offer it on his popular titanium jewelry website, Titanium-Buzz.com. Begola also noted that creating the case cost nearly $500 in raw materials and said it is intended to be the center of attention in a poker or game room. Since it's entirely carbon fiber it gets pretty heavy with everything inside. Art for the dealer markers and the inset was designed by graphic and skate deck artist JD Hawkins, while the complicated engraving was achieved by laser engraving expert Brett Blaisdell from Smuglabs of Utah. Blaisdell was also responsible for the engraving that appears on the five clear poker trays in the set, creating a distinctive stained glass effect.
